Completing and Submitting Your Pledge Card

Your generosity helps ensure that SJU can continue our ministries in local and global communities.

Open the PDF with free Adobe Acrobat Reader (or other Adobe Acrobat product). Click on the first line and begin filling out your pledge card. Please fill in all starred (*) lines which apply to you. When done and you have included your name on the signature line, download and save your completed form as a PDF. Save it with your last name included, such as Wyatt 2025 Pledge Form.  Email the saved document to  sjufinanceteam@gmail.com

If you prefer, you can download and print the blank form, complete it by hand, and submit it:
