ANTI-RACISM TEAM: FILM PRESENTATION

The movie AMERICAN SON is about an estranged interracial couple who reunite in a Florida police station when their 18-year-old son goes missing. The movie mirrors some of the racial tensions, disparities, inequities and general ills that face our society today around race. We hope to have honest, respectful and, yes, “courageous” conversations around these issues.
